 Ingredients :

1kg

Eddo

4

Whole red chilies

1/2tbsp

Mustard paste

1tsp

Whole cumin seed

˝

Oregano

5 pieces

Dried mango

4 tbsp

Lemon juice

1tsp

Fenugreek seeds

To taste

Salt

6 tbsp

oil

 
 How to Prepare :
  • Wash and peel eddo. Keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pot put whole red chilies, cumin seed & fenugreek seeds   
  • Fry for 2 minutes          
  • Mix eddo, salt, oregano, crushed red chilies & mustard seed in the pot
  • Cook on low flame when it becomes tender add dried mango & lemon juice keep on Dum for 5 minutes
  • Dish out & sever hot with Roti
