 Ingredients :

Fish Fillet: 1 Kg
Red chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Salt : 2t bsp
Vinegar : 1/4 cup
Lemon : 1 piece
Egg : 1 piece
Breadcrumbs : As required
Oil : To fry

 
 How to Prepare :
  • Put egg, red chillies, salt, vinegar & lemon juice in a bowl & whisk them together.
  • Immerse the fish pieces in this mixture & keep them aside for 2 hours.
  • Coat the fish pieces with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan & fry the fish pieces till they turn golden from both sides.
